Turnaround Times?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Standard production is 14 days. Once your order is ready we will call or email you with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
File Types We Accept?
.dst file formats are needed for embroidery. Most first time orders need this to be set-up and we can do that for you. To get started we need a clear image of the logo that will be embroidered and our digitizing team will get started.
Garment Selection
When selecting an item for embroidery, be sure that the material is stable enough to hold the stitches. Placements other than the standard: front, back, sleeve, will have to be approved for production.
Approval Process?
With initial orders a pre-production sew-out of your design will be arranged for approval either in person or digitally.

With our 38 heads of embroidery machines we are able to do applique, metalic, & puff Embroidery. Rush services available upon request. Digitizing services. Capable of sewing on all most types of garments & products.
